AdsMachine provides tools to view, manage, and optimize your Google Ads and Amazon Advertising campaigns. We access your advertising account data via official APIs (Google Ads API, Amazon Advertising API) using OAuth 2.0 authorization that you grant.
AdsMachine connects to third-party services including Google Ads and Amazon Advertising. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that may affect our service.
AdsMachine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated bid recommendations are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply any changes to your advertising accounts. Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. is not liable for advertising outcomes resulting from actions taken through AdsMachine.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash Flow Crescendo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdsMachine.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by Canadian law.
